To be effective, your written notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) the URL or a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site so we can find it; (4) your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Email your DMCA notice to info@flyposting.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice," or mail it to 214 S. Locust St. #500, Inglewood, CA 90301. We will review complete notices and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material in question.
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the same contact. Your counter-notice should identify the material and its former location, include your contact information and signature, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
In appropriate circumstances, FlyPosting may, at its discretion, restrict or remove content and take further action against parties who are found to be repeat infringers.
